We also collect information automatically when you use the site (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) and use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Apply for trip permits, fuel permits, and related permits on your behalf.

  • Process payments (via our payment processor, Stripe) and send receipts and order-related emails.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (e.g., hosting, email, payment processing, analytics) only as needed to operate the Service, under contracts that protect your data.

4. Legal Basis and Your Rights

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing permits and services), with your consent where required (e.g., marketing), and where we have a legitimate interest (e.g., security, analytics). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us via the Contact page.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, or resolve disputes. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g., encryption, access controls, secure hosting). Payment card data is handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party services that may collect or process data: Stripe (payments), authentication providers (e.g., Google sign-in), email delivery, cloud storage (e.g., for permit PDFs), and analytics. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We choose providers that help us operate securely and in line with this policy.

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We may notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the Service where required.
