1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the TripNFuel website and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We provide trip permits, fuel permits, and related permit application services for commercial vehicles. Use of the Service is subject to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that the information you provide (including company name, USDOT number, tax ID/FID/SSN, address, email, phone, and vehicle information) is accurate and that you are authorized to use it for permit applications on behalf of the company or vehicle owner.
3. Account and Data You Provide
To use the Service you must register and provide: name, email address, phone number, and (for companies and orders) company name, USDOT number, tax ID or FID/SSN, address, city, state, zip code, and country. You may also provide vehicle details (e.g., unit number, VIN, plate number, state, year, make, model, GVW) and permit-related details (e.g., trip dates, states, mileage). We use this information to apply for permits, provide the Service, communicate with you, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes: to apply for trip permits, fuel permits, and related permits; to manage your companies, vehicles, and orders; and to pay for and receive the services we provide. You may not use the Service to submit false information, impersonate others, or violate any law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for permits and services are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe’s terms and our pricing. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law; contact us for specific cases.
6. Permits and Compliance
We facilitate applications for permits based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for complying with all applicable laws and permit conditions. We do not guarantee approval of any permit by state or other authorities; approval depends on those authorities and your eligibility.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by TripNFuel or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or systems without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripNFuel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the Service where required by law.
